Thai ramen

Add bell pepper, carrots and of the green onions, saute minute. Add Thai green curry paste and saute minute longer. Add in ramen , cover pot and boil minutes, stirring once halfway through. Due to Covid-1 restaurant open hours and service may differ.


Please check with the restaurant directly. The restaurant is tucked away behind the West Marine store, but is worth the trip. This is a very casual, relaxing place that offers Thai and Japanese. Usually, the more trips you make to the store, the more money you spend.

If there are a few lumps of peanut butter, that’s ok. The sauce kind of melts and thins out once you put it on the hot noodles. All made in the instant pot (or in one pot on the stove), using healthy, pantry staple, ingredients. It’s creamy, spicy, filled with veggies, lean chicken, and ramen noodles. Blend until smooth and well combined. While the Instant Pot is doing it’s thing, slice up your peppers and cook and drain your noodles and divide them between two deep bowls. Preparation To a pot with cups (4ml) of boiling water add the ramen seasoning packet and a tablespoon of butter. To the prepared ramen, add the coconut milk, green curry paste, and fresh lime juice.

In a large stockpot, heat the sesame oil. When shimmering, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Add the garlic and the fresh ginger.

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook Ramen noodles according to package directions, reserving flavor packets.


Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, frozen vegetables and reserved flavor packets and cook until warm and cooked through, about minutes. Drain noodles and set aside. Then add the chopped garlic and grated ginger. Saute, reducing heat. Now, add the curry paste, and stir it into the garlic and ginger.


Thai ramen noodles topped with coconut yellow curry with whole leg chicken, red onion, scallion and cilantro. Cook for another minute.
