I am soo happy that I visited it. This center, which is part of the NY Public Library, is a veritable goldmine for anyone interested in black history and culture. Amid the authors and artists of the Harlem Renaissance, one stood out as totally unique: an Afro-Puerto Rican named Arturo Schomburg.
