The crew of guys showed up at around 8:and took about ~hours to install my 20x31xfully enclosed garage. The guys were efficient and did a great job on my building. It rained a bit while installing but the guys never stopped working. My experience with customer service was great. From the outside the carport looked good but obviously was poorly installed.
In April a small wind in a thunderstorm literally picked the carport up and of course was destroyed along with a NEW car only months old. The ONLY response from Carolina. Carolina carports has no consideration for their customers time. This is been the worst experience I’ve ever spent $10on.

The Absolute WORST Company EVER! I purchased a carolina carport , the roof on the thing leaks like a sive. I contacted them about the problem and they told me there was only a day warranty on their product and more or less told me oh well not our problem. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a carport not to buy from them and to be sure that if as this company only has a warranty to be sure any you buy has no leaks or other defects within the day time frame.
Of the 10or so local carport dealerships in the US, 1or so are probably excellent.
